Test Engineering within our Avionics team offers an array of innovative test equipment solutions for Collins Aerospace products and programs. We serve internal customers, including our manufacturing and service centers, as well as external customers - domestic and international.
The primary responsibility for this position is to assist Project Engineers in developing and maintaining test solutions. The student who fills this position must have strong project management, process compliance and problem-solving skills. This position will heavily utilize software development and process improvement skills.
What You Will Do:
Contribute to the success of a cross-functional team
Assist Project Engineers in managing the projects
Develop software and tools to improve process efficiency
Lead and manage project related tasks
Prepare and present project / technical information to peers, internal management and customers
Plan and manage tasks effectively
Qualifications You Must Have:
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.

Qualifications We Prefer:
Pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer/Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
Software skills in C++ and C# are a plus
Knowledge and experience in AI / Data Analytics is a plus

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
