Our client is seeking a 2nd Shift Food Packager to join their team. As a 2nd Shift Food Packager, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting food processing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 2nd Shift Food Packager

Location: Weirton, WV

Pay Range: 15.50

Shift: 2nd Shift

What's the Job?

Package baked items with close attention to detail, ensuring quality standards are met

Inspect items during packing to maintain quality control

Monitor the conveyor line to ensure products are rolling properly and report issues promptly

Maintain cleanliness of surfaces, restrooms, break areas, and floors, following scheduled cleaning times to prevent dust during food processing

What's Needed?

No prior experience required; training will be provided

Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a climate-controlled environment

Attention to safety procedures, especially when working near ovens and using protective gloves

Willingness to learn new skills such as operating ovens, measuring ingredients, or handling equipment like stackers and pallet jacks

Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
