Entry Level Salary : $21 - $23 / per hour

Certified ( RBT / BCAT / ABAT ) Salary : $24 - $28 / per hour

Maxim Healthcare Services is hiring for an Entry-Level Behavioral Technician to work on base, one-on-one with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and similar developmental delays and behavioral health challenges. Virtual and hands-on training will be provided to learn ABA Therapy strategies. This is your chance to give back to our nation's heroes by helping their families achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

Help children work on social skills, communication skills, and repetitive or restrictive behaviors

Document child progress and milestones

Follow and implement behavior change plans created by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts

Qualifications:

Spanish-speaking preferred

Passion for working with children with special needs

Strong communication skills

High School diploma or equivalent required

Must be at least 18 years of age

Completion of college coursework in one of the following programs: psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development, or a minimum of one year experience working with children in the following capacities: Child Development, Camp Counselor, Paraprofessional, Behavioral Interventionist, ABA Therapist, or Behavior Technician required
