Job Title: Finance ManagerJob Description

As a Finance Manager, you will own and improve the P&L forecasting, budgeting, and month-end close processes to deliver clear and actionable financial insights. You will build and maintain scalable driver-based financial models across revenue and cost lines, streamline financial processes, and automate inputs to increase efficiency and accuracy. You will consolidate financial results into reporting packages with executive-ready summaries and insights and partner with business, accounting, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and accuracy in submissions. You will also develop value-added reporting and analytical tools to measure performance and identify opportunities.

Responsibilities

Own and improve the P&L forecasting, budgeting, and month-end close processes.

Deliver clear and actionable financial insights.

Build and maintain scalable driver-based financial models across revenue and cost lines.

Streamline financial processes and automate inputs to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Consolidate financial results into reporting packages with executive-ready summaries and insights.

Partner with business, accounting, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and accuracy in submissions.

Develop value-added reporting and analytical tools to measure performance and identify opportunities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.

8+ years of progressive finance experience, including 4+ years in ecommerce finance experience strongly preferred.

Proficiency with ERP systems, financial modeling, and reporting tools.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence at all levels.

Work Environment

This role requires working in the office three days per week.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Jacksonville, Florida.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85.00 - $90.00/hr.
