What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials of employees, visitors, and vendors in accordance with site-specific policies.
Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting individuals entering or exiting the premises.
Carry out security-related procedures established by the site, adapting to the unique requirements of a food and beverage environment.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with emergency response teams as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report irregularities.
Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal protocols and client requirements.
Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and management to maintain a welcoming and secure environment.

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
A valid driver's license is required and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements for driving positions only.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
