What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access. Working environments and conditions may vary by location, particularly within food and beverage production and distribution settings.
Observe and report any irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
Communicate with Allied Universal management and client representatives as needed regarding incidents, issues, or site-specific concerns.
Assist with access control and visitor management in accordance with site policies, helping to maintain a secure environment for personnel and assets.
Complete required reports and logs in a timely and accurate manner, documenting all incidents and activities as directed.

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
