What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Monitor and control access to the location to help to deter unauthorized entry and promote a secure environment.
Verify identification and credentials of individuals entering the premises according to site-specific procedures.
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by communicating security-related policies and procedures clearly and professionally.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding areas to help to deter unwanted activity and observe for unusual conditions.
Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements.
Work collaboratively with location staff and/or local authorities as needed during emergency response activities.
Remain alert and attentive to surroundings, adapting to changing conditions and environments within a food and beverage distribution setting.

Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required for positions that involve driving and must meet Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
A Guard Card is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
