Job Summary and Qualifications

Are you ready to shape the future of healthcare? Join our Executive Residency Program as an Administrative Resident and gain a 360° view of hospital operations, strategy, and leadership. This immersive experience is designed for emerging healthcare leaders who are eager to make a meaningful impact-today and for years to come.

In strategic exposure across core domains, you will:

Finance: Help departments measure performance, improve productivity, and optimize resources.

Growth & Innovation: Evaluate operations, propose long-term initiatives, and stay ahead of healthcare trends.

People & Culture: Collaborate with executive leaders and attend high-level meetings to understand organizational dynamics.

Quality & Service: Lead with accountability, ensuring excellence in protocols, space utilization, and patient experience.

Community Impact: Represent the hospital in local organizations and initiatives-because leadership extends beyond the walls.

You Should Have:

Education - Completion of the first year of an accredited Master's program in business or a health-related field OR recent graduate of an accredited Master's program in business or a health-related field

Experience- No prior experience required-just a passion for learning and leading.

Skills & Mindset- Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment, Collaborative and proactive in building relationships, and Able to coordinate across teams and drive efficiency
