Preforms user acceptance testing and implements post-implementation support of systems. Provides research and special project support. The business analyst will manage and verify post-implementation enhancements. This position will maintain credentials of everyone with access to FAMS. Conducts weekly virtual training. Provides training on a region or site-based needs. Communicates with stakeholders, management, and other relevant parties. Works under moderate supervision, with limited latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Performs additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEducation:Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelorand#8217;s degree. Experience:Two years experience as a facility or asset management administrator, or Facility Management Software or Assets Management software or similar field. Licensure:Applicant must possess or be able to obtain and hold within 30 days of employment, a Texas class and#8220;Cand#8221; driverand#8217;s license.NOTE: Retention of position contingent upon obtaining and maintaining required license ACCEPTABLE SUBSTITUTIONS:Education:One additional year of the required experience as a facility or asset management administrator, or Facility Management Software or Assets Management software or similar field may substitute for 30 hours of the required education, with a maximum substitution of 120 semester hours. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Education:Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelorand#8217;s degree or higher in Business, Public Administration, Communications, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or Management Information Systems. Experience:Two yearsand#8217; experience as a facility or asset management system administrator with experience in the following areas: Facility/Asset Management Software experience Opengov, Cartegraph etc. Licensure:Current certification as IBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or IIBA Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA) or Certified OpenGov Administrator.
