Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Woodbury, Minnesota. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy. As a valued team member, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring compliance with established procedures.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage scheduling across multiple lines of business to ensure smooth operations.

Provide guidance to team members and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments as needed.

Handle mail-related tasks, including stuffing envelopes and operating the mail machine.

Track and monitor scopes of work, ensuring timely follow-up and completion.

Facilitate effective communication by drafting and sending correspondence and maintaining accurate records.

Perform data entry tasks with precision to support administrative processes.

Assist with setting up systems and processes for permanent positions if applicable.

Maintain compliance with regulations and company policies in all administrative tasks.

Deliver excellent customer service by being personable and responsive to team and client needs.

Support HR-related functions as required, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism. Requirements

Proven ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members and clients.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.

Solid understanding of compliance requirements and a compliance-oriented mindset.

Friendly and approachable demeanor with a focus on customer service excellence.

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Teams for efficient workflow management.

Experience with multi-line phone systems and conference call coordination.

Familiarity with administrative processes such as calendar management and data handling.

Some experience in Medicare or HR Benefits
