Description We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in San Luis Obispo, California. This is a long-term contract position that offers an opportunity to support daily office operations and contribute to a productive and efficient work environment. Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Answer and direct incoming calls professionally while providing excellent customer service.

Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain organized and up-to-date records.

Assist with receptionist duties, including welcoming visitors and managing front desk activities.

Prepare, organize, and distribute documents and reports as needed.

Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder items to support uninterrupted operations.

Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve workflow.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring proper arrangements are in place. Requirements - At least 1 year of experience in administrative support or a related role.

Proficiency in data entry and maintaining organized records.

Strong ability to answer and handle inbound calls effectively.

Familiarity with receptionist duties, including front desk management.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Proficiency in basic office tools and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite. TalentMatch®
