Job Summary:

As our Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring our resort and spa remains a top choice for leisure and corporate clients alike. You'll lead sales initiatives, develop long-term client relationships, and represent the brand with passion and professionalism. Your expertise will contribute to positioning our property as a market leader in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals for the resort and spa.

Identify potential business opportunities and prospect for new clients, including corporate accounts, group bookings, and leisure travelers.

Build strong relationships with clients, travel agents, event planners, and other key stakeholders.

Oversee contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company standards.

Collaborate with the resort's marketing and operations teams to create impactful promotions and packages.

Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies proactively.

Represent the resort at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to increase visibility.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry.

Strong knowledge of resort and spa services, as well as the broader travel/hospitality market.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with sales metrics, goal tracking, and CRM tools

Strategic thinker with a proactive, results-oriented approach.

Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
