The Boeing Company is hiring Entry-Level Financial Analysts to support the team in Tukwila or Everett, Washington.

Your Role & Impact

You'll support data analysis, cost management, and financial compliance while honing your communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. No prior financial analysis experience? No problem-we invest in your growth!

Key Responsibilities

Support defense program execution by collaborating cross-functionally by providing financial insights to enhance decision making

Analyze financial data to support forecasts and cost management.

Prepare performance reports and collaborate with teams to assess trends.

Assist in developing business cases and ensuring compliance with financial policies.

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team's discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience in Excel (i.e. formulas, pivot tables, linking worksheets)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or a related field

Experience in a Finance, Accounting, Business or related role

Experience performing financial analysis

Background in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost performance reporting

Experience with large data sets and tools (e.g., Excel, Power Pivot, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI)

Pay and Benefits:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $56,950 - $77,050
