Description
the client is looking for a Project Coordinator for a 6 month contract to assist with projects related to their CMMC Level 2 compliance efforts. This person will be working directly with Lead Project Manager.
This role is crucial to their CMMC Level 2 compliance efforts, focusing on coordinating and supporting testing activities across various enterprise and enclave solutions.
Experience in the aerospace and defense sector or working in a CMMC compliant environment.
Experience in industries requiring high levels of software validation (e.g., healthcare, life sciences).
-This person will act as a central point of contact for test-related activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and organizational standards. They will work closely with the project manager and key organizational stakeholders across functions such as manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, finance, information technology, quoting, and quality.
They will act as the central point of contact for coordinating document updates across the organization. They will work closely with numerous document owners, technical staff, and leaders across the business to update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and Policy Letters with guidance on how to work within the CMMC framework.
This role is ideal for an individual with strong organizational and coordination skills
Key Responsibilities
? Coordinate Activities: Facilitate the planning, execution, and validation of CMMC Level 2 compliance testing across diverse functional areas. Coordinate and track the update of organizational documentation.
? Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various internal teams and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test scripts are in place and documents are being properly updated.
? Execution Support: Provide support during the execution phase of testing, ensuring processes are followed.
? Issue Management: Oversee the logging and tracking of issues and bugs identified during testing.
? Timeline Adherence: Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and milestones.
? Reporting: Assist the project manager with updates on testing progress and identified risks. Track the completion of document updates.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $55.00/hr.
