The Marketing Specialist plays a key role in supporting the Bank's brand and marketing initiatives through creative content development, digital design, and strategic communications. This position involves producing multimedia content, managing website updates, analyzing web performance, and executing targeted email campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring strong graphic design skills and a collaborative mindset to help drive engagement across digital channels.
Responsibilities:
Lead development, creation, and production of videos, including brand, promotional, and product videos.
Create and edit video content for multi-platform use and distribution including online and social media channels (Facebook, X, YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn) and website.
Assist with ongoing website content updates and creation of campaign landing pages, including photography and video.
Help optimize Google Business Profiles to enhance local search visibility and ensure accurate business information across Google Search and Maps.
Assist with optimization of website content and structure for search engines to improve organic search rankings and increase organic traffic.
Support the team with analyzing and reporting on web analytics using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to monitor performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.
Assist with the creation, execution, and performance tracking of email marketing campaigns using platforms such as HubSpot, including audience segmentation and reporting.
Assist with the conceptualization, graphic design, and workflow of marketing collateral (print and digital) to support business lines, bank initiatives, and campaigns.
Consistently evaluate market changes, trends, and developments and update the marketing team to help improve the bank's marketing strategies across digital and social platforms.
Help ensure that the Bank remains in compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations pertaining to marketing and online communications.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree recommended but not required.
Excellent graphic design, written and oral communication skills with hyper attention to detail.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including but not limited to - InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premier Pro, and Adobe Animate.
Professional competencies in photography and editing experience for marketing.
Professional competencies in video creation and editing.
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
Ability to design and develop high-converting landing pages that align with marketing campaigns and objectives.
Knowledge of web analytics including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) tools and principles.
Analytical and results-driven mindset.
Project management skills with ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent customer experience abilities.
Ability to successfully manage the completion of multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to function efficiently and effectively under deadlines.
