Description

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our warehouse and distribution center. This position is perfect for a detail-oriented leader who excels in managing teams, ensuring safety standards, and maintaining efficiency in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.

Ensure safety protocols are consistently followed by all team members to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.

Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve productivity goals while fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.

Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.

Utilize data entry systems to track inventory movements and update records promptly.

Implement process improvements to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.

Train and mentor team members, providing guidance on best practices and company policies.

Address operational challenges and resolve issues to maintain smooth workflow.

Collaborate with other departments to support overall organizational objectives.

Prepare and submit reports on warehouse performance metrics and activities

Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or distribution environment.

Proficiency in data entry and inventory management systems.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and practices.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Familiarity with general warehouse duties and operational processes.
