Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Fremont, Ohio. This Contract-to-permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to office operations by providing crucial administrative support. The ideal candidate will excel in managing multiple tasks, maintaining organizational systems, and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

Take detailed and accurate notes during meetings and discussions to ensure proper documentation.

Monitor and manage accounts, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurate.

Open and manage tickets to address and resolve issues efficiently.

Provide support to the corporate office by handling administrative tasks and coordinating activities.

Answer incoming calls professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members or departments.

Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Carry out receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and maintaining a welcoming office environment.

Assist in maintaining and organizing office files and supplies to support smooth daily operations.

Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless coordination of activities. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role.

Strong ability to handle inbound calls and provide precise and thoughtful responses.

Familiarity with office administrative practices and procedures.

Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records.

Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Strong interpersonal skills to provide receptionist services and interact with visitors.

High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
