[Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, the Shipping Coordinator ensures an efficient flow of materials and finished goods from the production lines to the shipping area, ensuring efficient, accurate and on-time loading of delivery trucks, or appropriate storage for materials ready to be shipped]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}

[Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials from production to shipping]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}

[Oversees loading of outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments to customers/ warehouse]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}

[Use software to track, check, prioritize and process shipments]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}

[Inspect orders and ensure that material matches customer requirements]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}

[Report on all shipping activities and notify any issues that may occur]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}

[Ensure final product is correctly packaged and prepared on time]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}

[Coordinate efficient, organized and safe storage of materials ready to be shipped]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}

[Conduct regular product checking for any damages making sure all products meet company standards]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}

[Confirm and record receipts of shipments ]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}
