Duties Description This position is on the Internet Services Administration team within the Bureau of Software Platforms.- This team is charged with administration of critical software utilized across the agency.- When issues arise, staff coordinate with technical teams and vendors to resolve.- The team installs and manages software across Unix and Windows systems, coordinates various business areas, and provides off-hours support.

OR a bachelor's or higher-level degree, including or supplemented by 15 credit hours in computer science coursesOR 60 semester credit hours including or supplemented by 15 semester credit hours in computer science and one year of professional experience in information technology.OR a total of two years of experience in information technology.Competitive Minimum Qualifications: You must be currently reachable on the appropriate eligible list for this title, eligible under the 55 b/c program, or eligible to transfer to this title under Section 52.6, 70.1, or 70.4 of the Civil Service Law. Generally, employees new to OSC will be restricted from telecommuting for at least 8 calendar weeks.
