Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an Engineering Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As an Engineering Manufacturing Technician , you will be part of the manufacturing support team, collaborating closely with engineers to enhance production processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Engineering Manufacturing Technician

Location: Moon Township, PA

Pay Range: $30-$33/hr.

What's the Job?

Assist engineers in developing, testing, and optimizing manufacturing procedures and equipment

Set up and operate manufacturing machinery following safety and quality standards

Conduct tests and experiments to evaluate and improve manufacturing processes

Monitor production lines, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions

Collect and analyze data to support continuous improvement initiatives

What's Needed?

Associate degree or technical certificate in Manufacturing Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or related field

1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or related environment

Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment operation

Strong mechanical skills and hands-on experience

Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively within a team
