Manufacturing Operator - CAN START ASAP!!!

We are looking for a dependable and motivated manufacturing operator to join our team in Sanford. This role involves operating machinery, following safety protocols, and performing general labor tasks in a hands-on, industrial environment. If you're someone who takes pride in consistent work, values teamwork, and is comfortable with physical tasks, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor manufacturing machines according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Perform general labor tasks including packaging and material handling

Lift and move items weighing over 50 lbs regularly

Work collaboratively with a small team where reliability and attendance are essential

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Required Skills and Experience:

Experience in general labor, manufacturing, or production environments

Proficiency in machine operation and basic packaging processes

Basic math skills for measurements and assessments

Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled facility

Willingness to wear a respirator and follow safety gear requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous industrial or physically demanding work experience

Strong attendance record and team-oriented mindset

Ability to adapt to seasonal temperature changes in the facility

Work Environment:

This role requires wearing a hooded respirator, gloves, and boot covers. You'll be part of a close-knit team of four, handling tasks such as lifting barrels of powdered silicon and gum material for machine processing. The facility is not temperature-controlled, so adaptability to seasonal conditions is important.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
