Overview Director Sales Operations Location: Remote/Virtual Position Position: Director Sales Operations Find Your Passion and Purpose as a Full-Time Director Sales Operations Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 + Bonus What You Need to Know The Director of Sales Operations is responsible for leading the strategic and tactical execution of sales performance infrastructure across the enterprise. This role oversees forecasting, pipeline health, territory planning, quota deployment, and compensation effectiveness to ensure alignment with business goals. The Director manages a team focused on field productivity, operational efficiency, and performance analytics, and partners closely with Sales, Finance, and Strategic Planning to drive commercial success. Be the Best Director Sales Operations You Can Be If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field; Master's preferred. 7-10 years of experience in sales operations, commercial analytics, or business planning. Proven success in leading quota, forecasting, and compensation programs in a complex sales environment. Strong understanding of territory design, account segmentation, and performance analytics. Experience managing teams and driving cross-functional initiatives. Responsibilities: As a Director Sales Operations, you will: Oversee enterprise sales forecasting, pipeline health monitoring, and performance reporting. Lead market-based forecasting efforts to support strategic planning and revenue predictability. Align sales compensation strategy with business objectives and growth targets. Lead territory planning and account segmentation to optimize coverage and growth. Identify and implement initiatives to improve field productivity and operational efficiency. Manage a high-performing Sales Operations team focused on tactical execution and strategic support.
