Location: Philadelphia, PennsylvaniaJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $50 - 55 per hourWe're looking for a seasoned and results-oriented Marketing Manager to take the lead on our marketing strategy. This role is a perfect fit for a strategic leader who is equally comfortable with hands-on execution and managing cross-functional teams. You'll be instrumental in growing our market share and driving business growth by creating effective, measurable, and financially sound marketing programs.Responsibilities:

Lead marketing initiatives: Take charge of our comprehensive marketing plans, from start to finish. This includes managing demand and lead generation across digital and traditional channels like paid media, email, direct mail, and in-person events.

Manage sales channels: Develop and support our alternate sales channels, making sure they're fully equipped and aligned with our overall marketing strategy.

Drive collaboration: Act as a central point of contact, coordinating smoothly with internal teams, corporate partners, and external vendors to ensure all programs succeed.

Oversee the budget: Manage the marketing budget, from initial planning to daily expense tracking, ensuring every dollar is invested wisely to maximize ROI.

Analyze performance: Establish a culture of data-driven decision-making. You'll set up tracking for all campaigns and conduct weekly and monthly analysis to provide actionable insights.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, with a track record of successfully managing complex marketing programs.

Expertise in both online and offline marketing.

Strong financial skills, including experience with budget planning and forecasting.

Excellent cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to influence various stakeholders.

A data-driven mindset with a background in marketing analysis and reporting.
