Our client, a leading innovator in the transportation and technology industry, is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team. As a Marketing Manager, you will be part of the Customer Marketing department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Foster City, CA

Pay Range: $80-88/hour

What's the Job?

Manage and optimize CRM and data operations to ensure data accuracy and system health.

Serve as the primary owner of waitlist management, setting up automated triggers and providing impactful reports to leadership.

Oversee data flows, troubleshoot sync issues, and maintain audience segmentation for targeted marketing campaigns.

Develop and maintain marketing automations, collaborating with data and engineering teams to improve backend processes.

Partner with marketing teams to define target audiences and create data extensions for lifecycle marketing campaigns.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

6+ years of experience in Salesforce, marketing operations, or CRM-focused roles.

Proficiency in Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Strong analytical skills with experience creating dashboards and reports.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
