Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role supporting warehouse operations and quality control for locker products. The ideal candidate is adaptable, proactive, and comfortable shifting tasks throughout the day.

Responsibilities

Move large but lightweight locker boxes (~20 lbs) from shipping containers to the warehouse floor using hand trucks and dollies.

Inspect lockers, test locks, apply labels or stickers, and repackage for shipment. Document and email photos of any damage.

Use basic hand tools to disassemble and reassemble lockers, replace doors, and adjust locks.

Pull orders, stage lockers, pack crates for tradeshows, and assist other departments when needed.

Clean and organize the warehouse to maintain safety and efficiency.

Work closely with a small, coordinated team of approximately five people.

Operate dollies, pallet jacks, and electric pallet jacks to move products.

Essential Skills

Prior experience in a warehouse or fast-paced physical work environment.

Ability to regularly lift up to 30 lbs and stand 90% of the day.

Adaptability to established team processes and being a team player.

Punctuality, responsibility, and willingness to follow instructions.

Comfortable working in a predominantly Spanish-speaking environment.

Proficiency in following verbal instructions in English.

Independence and speed in work performance.

Competency in using basic hand tools, including electric drills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with electric pallet jacks.

Warehouse experience.

Experience with heavy lifting and a preference for physical jobs.

Work Environment

The work environment is a typical warehouse setting, with a shift from Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. The position requires a commitment to a temporary role due to the warehouse closing and moving to Houston.

This is a Contract position based out of Petaluma, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
