We are currently hiring a full-time, experienced Construction Leadman. This individual must have a strong work ethic. They should have good communication and organizational skills and be able to work effectively with both their team and management. They must be knowledgeable in their specific area of work and be able to troubleshoot any issues that may arise, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities on the job site.

Responsibilities Include: Supervising and coordinating the activities of a work crew. (Ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and according to the project specifications.) Communicate with Management. (Will communicate any issues, progress updates, and resource needs to ensure that the project stays on track.) Ensure Safety and Quality. (Enforce safety protocols and quality standards on the job site.)

Qualifications and Skills: Experience and Knowledge (Should possess an understanding of construction techniques, tools, and materials.) Leadership and Communication
