Description We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire. In this role, you will handle a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations and providing support to both staff and clients. If you thrive in a fast-paced office environment and excel at multitasking, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.

Answer and direct inbound phone calls professionally and promptly.

Manage data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

Perform receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing inquiries.

Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.

Coordinate scheduling and assist with calendar management for team members.

Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.

Collaborate with team members to improve administrative processes and workflows. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role.

Strong proficiency in data entry and office management software.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in managing schedules and coordinating meetings.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
