Description

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role is responsible for providing professional and friendly customer service, managing incoming calls, and performing a variety of administrative tasks to support daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly.

Manage front desk activities, including receiving and sorting mail and deliveries.

Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.

Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.

Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.

Support other departments with clerical duties as needed.

Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).

Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a similar customer service role.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (printers, phone systems, etc.).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Professional appearance and demeanor.
