What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding as appropriate to emergencies or incidents.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility, including interior and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
Monitor access points, verify credentials, and observe for any unusual activity within the location.
Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to company and client guidelines.
Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and client personnel to address security-related needs and support emergency response efforts as needed.
What We're Looking For:
Availability across various days and shifts
Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 2 years of security-related experience.
Must possess a valid concealed carry weapons permit.
Must have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience, or 2 years of security supervisor or manager experience, or 3 years of security-related experience.
Must have an active Department of Defense Secret Clearance.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver's license that meets Allied Universal driver policy requirements is required for driving positions only.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
