\ \ ABOUT THE POSITION\ We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as aNational Process Heating Sales Manager.In this role, you will be responsible for selling our process heating burners and related equipment to a wide range of clients across various industries. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth, developing new business opportunities, and establishing long-term relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully selling industrial equipment or similar products.\ \ Key Deliverables\

Identify and target potential customers in industries that require

process heating burners, such as manufacturing, oil and gas, chemicals, and food processing.

Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed

revenue targets and sales objectives.

Generate leads and proactively pursue new business opportunities

through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.

Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to

educate potential customers on the benefits and features of our process heating burners.

Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and

influencers within customer organizations, including engineers, plant managers, and procurement professionals.

Respond to customer inquiries, provide quotes, and negotiate pricing

and terms to secure sales contracts.

Collaborate with our internal sales team, engineers, and other

stakeholders to develop customized solutions and proposals for customers.

Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive products, and

technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for

management review.

Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to

promote our products and services and expand your network.

Communicate with new and existing customers to develop relationships

to determine customers needs.

Prepare the proper documentation to sales and special request

estimates and quote prices based on sales guidelines and margins.

\ Key Activities & Responsibilities\

Manage sales budget for assigned category, territory, or region.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and order backlog

targets.

Establish and manage sales account relationships within the assigned

territory.

Establish and qualify new leads using resources such as marketing

materials, existing product portfolio and trade shows.

Develop professional relationships with customers in person, over

the phone and electronically. Efficiently call on customers and return customer inquiries.

Learn about new products and industry trends.

Provide concise on-time sales reports.

Persuasive with customers to assist in generating, negotiating, and

closing sales.

Regional/Territory Sales Local Travel 60%, Overnight Travel 40%.

Proficient in promoting safe and healthy work environment.

Adheres to established company policies and procedures paying

special attention to safety regulations.

Wears personal protective equipment in accordance with training

guidelines.

Maintain cleanliness in designated workspace by practicing 5S

principles to reduce safety risks.

Report defective materials, equipment, or questionable conditions to

the supervisor/manager to identify and correct the root cause.

All other duties as assigned by the Director of Sales.

To be successful in this role, your experience and competencies are:\

Bachelor\'s degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.

Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably within the industrial equipment, process heating, or related industries.
