JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a skilled Process Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various manufacturing processes, particularly in plastics processing. This role involves operating and maintaining equipment, ensuring quality standards are met, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment.

Duties**

Operate and monitor machinery involved in thermo forming, extrusion, and injection molding processes. The Thermo Tech completes all die changes. Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to ensure product specifications are met. Perform routine maintenance on equipment including CNC lathe, press brake machines, and other manufacturing tools. Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for process control and troubleshooting. Handle materials efficiently, ensuring proper storage and organization within the warehouse. Collaborate with team members to implement lean manufacturing principles for improved efficiency. Assist in assembly operations as needed, utilizing hand tools and fabrication techniques. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.

Skills**

Experience with forklift operation and materials handling. Knowledge of plastics blow molding, extrusion, and thermo forming. Familiarity with quality inspection techniques and precision measuring instruments. Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in machining and fabrication. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to manufacturing tasks. Previous warehouse experience is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while demonstrating effective problem-solving skills. Details and Wages:**

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Full-time, Sunday through Friday, 2^nd^ and 3^rd^ shift openings

$22.00 - $25.00/ hour
