Part-Time Bookkeeper - Onsite | Danbury, CT

Position Highlights

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and record daily deposits

Manage all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable

Handle daily banking activities

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Ensure timely completion of financial tasks with strong attention to detail

Support internal teams with financial reporting and reconciliation

What You Bring

Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience (required)

Strong understanding of basic accounting principles

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills

Ability to multitask and manage priorities independently

High level of professionalism and confidentiality

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.44 - $31.25/hr.
