Someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and excited about being an important member of an awesome customer service team. You will do this by ensuring that all customer service tasks are completed in a timely manner and that all of our Customer Service Specialists deliver a high-quality customer service experience to both current and future customers. This is achieved through inbound calls, outbound calls, friendly communication, accurate and timely information and meaningful connections. We know that our customers have a lot of choice in the market and can go anywhere; we want to ensure that they want to come here. Some travel required. Ensures the team is providing daily support to account manager to facilitate growth. Directs and assigns the daily, weekly, monthly customer service tasks ensuring timely execution to include a high level of accuracy upon completion. Handles all escalated customer complaints. Serves as liaison between customer service team, management team, and corporate partners gathering information to resolve issues. Provides a level of customer service that fosters customer satisfaction and positions the service center to grow and retain customers Some travel required Qualifications Genuine commitment to providing superior customer service. 2+ years' experience in customer service and office administration. Previous management experience a plus. Strong organizational and telephone communication skills. Proficient PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic accounting skills. Ability to get along with others and work within a team environment. Salesforce experience preferred. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
