Position Summary:

This position ensures that the SAP Material Master and SAP Vendor Master (300/400 series) is always the best single source of information for our supplier's products by creating and updating data according to the established procedures. Data examples include: local material and vendor extensions, local pricing, local Info Records, and local Sourcing.

Position Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Salary: $23.00 per hour

Hybrid role(Two Days in office/Three Days from home)

Candidates must have strong Excel and administrative experience

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure data integrity and quality assurance of material & vendor master by investigating a variety of internal and external sources. (Central data set-up, Warehouse, Supplier Catalogs, Subscriptions, etc.).

Contact for resolution of potential Material/Vendor data related issues from various departments including PLG, Trade, Purchasing, Operations, Finance, Sales, eCommerce. Investigates and assists in providing a solution.

Ensure service levels are met or exceeded by analyzing, prioritizing, and maintaining day-to-day new Material workflow through Front End Solution Form site. SLA is 2-4 business days.

Create, pull, analyze various reports as requested or required for SAP data loads and corrections.

Subject Matter Expert on market's Material and Vendor related data and processes for Data Governance team as new systems, tools, initiatives are implemented.

Approver of all Material data changes and liaison to PLG. This includes: enforcing all change requests, uphold Breakthru data/business rules and requirements, both Globally and Locally.

Uphold and maintain all Global and Local process/data business rules. Provides Data Governance process and data guidance to all departments, including leading training sessions and workshops.

Maintain current Local Material data in pertaining to monthly Vendor changes, data/process changes for specific Vendors, Corporate and Local data/process changes, SAP field/attribute updates, Business Manager assignments, etc.

Manage and maintain data metrics through Local Info Steward rules and other Corporate reports to ensure data completeness, accuracy, and compliancy.

Execute Winshuttle scripts for Material/Vendor data loads into SAP, as well as assist other departments with uploads.

Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder's supervisor, may also be required.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Proficiency with SAP Master Data (Material, Vendor, Info Records, Price Groups, Source Lists)

Proficiency with SAP WinShuttle (strongly preferred but not required)

Proficiency with SharePoint & SAP Information Steward (web-based applications)

1-3 years overall work experience within beverage alcohol and/or CPG industry

Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting master data areas

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Excellent inter-personal skills & natural aptitude for wanting to help others

Excellent communication & organizational skills

Demonstrated problem-solving skills & ability to influence others

Practical operational management and/or business management

Proven experience supporting local markets and key stakeholders

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone
