Performs production work to maintain skill sets as required Responsibilities: 2+ years of electronics manufacturing experience Minimum of 1 year of work in area of coaching; Coach entry to mid-level production roles Monitor, track, and schedule training with new coworkers Complete training check lists, including re-certifications Review training progress with trainee and provide feedback (weekly); adjust training plan as needed Provide production supervisor with documented training status updates (weekly) Review documentation in PFS for accuracy, quality compliance and updates Work with supervisors and engineers to continuously improve the quality of the production training process Inspect trainees work with sampling size based on competency of trainee. Trainer can reduce sampling as the trainee demonstrates proficiency, knowledge, and competency of work.
