As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a vital role in helping to maintain a secure environment within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the facility, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to all individuals on site. You will interact regularly with employees, visitors, and contractors, communicating clearly and professionally while addressing any security-related concerns that may arise. What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
Monitor for unusual activity and report any security-related concerns according to site protocols.
Work collaboratively with site personnel and Allied Universal team members to address client needs and maintain a professional presence.
Complete required documentation and incident reports in a timely and accurate manner.
Remain alert and aware of surroundings while on patrol and/or assigned posts throughout the location.

Availability across various days and shifts
Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
