As a Security Professional - Aerospace Patrol in Durham, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more .
As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment at a leading aerospace and defense location. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout assigned areas, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that arise. What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Monitor access points and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents according to established protocols.
Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and/or contractors at the location.
Document observations, incidents, and/or activities as required by Allied Universal and client protocols.
Support emergency response efforts, including assisting with evacuations and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
Must possess an active Department of Defense Secret Clearance.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
CPR Certification is preferred.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
