What we want
The Assistant Manager, Operations will have oversight of all Football operations buildings including Bright-Clark Building, Davis Player Development Center, and Coolidge Football Performance Center as well as assisting with game day set up and teardown at Kyle Field. Assist in coordinating building maintenance, custodial, and grounds (SSC).

Salary: Will be commensurate based on the selected hire's education and experience.

Schedule: Sports event coverage as needed, requiring frequent nights, weekends and holidays to full fill assigned duties. Ability to work nights and weekends, as well as breaks and holidays (as needed).
Qualifications
Required Education
Bachelor's Degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Four years of previous experience working within an athletic department, having building oversight and or the live event industry.
Preferred Qualifications
Specific time working in a Power five athletics department within venue/building operations and management
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
Responsibilities
Venue/Building Management
Identifies and provides oversight of maintenance and custodial issues throughout Bright-Clark Building, Davis PDC and Coolidge Football Performance Center.
Manages requests for furniture/equipment moves and assembly, and performing light maintenance work
Serves as a Liaison of required work orders, prioritize, track progress and communicate with coaches and staff concerning work for all Bright-Slocum Building, Davis PDC and Coolidge Football Performance Center.
Manages regular inspections for cleanliness, orderliness, maintenance, safety and ease of passage for assigned venues.
Oversight of assigned buildings maintenance of general supply inventory, and equipment storage for assigned venues including organization and maintaining storage
Supports Events Coordinator II to determine priority and needs per venue as needed.
Event/Game Day Event Management
Assists in game day management for assigned buildings, including set-up and breakdown of all home football games
Oversees that the assigned buildings are prepared for practice, competitions, and other scheduled activities
Assists Events Management department with special events, as needed
General Administration
Assists in the Facility Condition Assessment for Bright-Clark Building, Davis Player Development Center, and Coolidge Football Performance Center.
Assist with access/keys/keyless access management for assigned buildings
Ensures venue operations guides are up to date and accurate for all assigned venues.
Assists with branding for assigned buildings.
Compliance
Maintains continual and thorough familiarity with all applicable NCAA, Conference and University rules and regulations. Establishes and ensures communication and enforcement of rules and regulations concerning student-athletes: conduct, appearance, road games, punctuality and other areas as deemed appropriate.
