Job Description

The Traffic Coordinator Assistant will support the traffic team by managing driver check-ins, assisting with truck scheduling, and performing administrative tasks related to shipping and receiving.

Responsibilities

Manage driver check-ins and ensure smooth face-to-face interactions with 12-20 drivers per day.

Assist with truck scheduling via email and Excel, tracking shipments and appointments.

Perform data entry and document management tasks, including daily use of spreadsheets, scanning, and managing bills of lading.

Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 extensively for logistics and documentation purposes.

Coordinate with the team to maintain efficient inventory management, quality control, and documentation control.

Essential Skills

Strong communication skills, especially in face-to-face interactions.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

Proficiency in using Excel spreadsheets and email for scheduling and tracking.

Comfortable handling conflict professionally and calmly.

Experience in logistics, supply chain, data entry, and administrative support.

Work Environment

The role is fully onsite position. Standard work hours are from 7am to 4pm

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
