Short Description:

Key personnel to provide Senior Technical Analyst support and assistance throughout the project lifecycle, of product research, requirements, design, configuration/development, testing and deployment and support of technical projects for the Digital Services Unit.

Responsibilities:

Provide Project and Program management and leadership to the Virtual Customer Service Center and Voice to Text Translation programs.

Research various alternative solutions for the Chatbot and Voice to Text Applications

Conduct new Proof of Concepts and pilot projects for Chatbot and VTT using alternative solutions. Implement replacement for VTT and Chatbot to the courts to project closure activities and decommissioning activities of existing applications.

Establish an Intra-branch agreement between JCC and the Courts to utilize the various solutions.

Define and clarify project scope, approach, and manage timeline, resources to ensure successful outcome.

Develop project charter, project plans, tasks and ensure alignment of sign off from various stakeholders.

Communicate project activities, performance and status to leadership, executives, stakeholders and courts

Develop and collaborate with project teams to communicate the project vision, policies and procedures and product roadmap to support achievement of project objectives.

Manage scope, resources, schedule, financials and expectations, and report frequently to stakeholders and team members.

Provide leadership, direction, training and work review, organize and assign work, set priorities, and follow up to ensure coordination and completion of assigned work to project team members.

Work with clients, team members and management to understand business requirements and ensure that client expectations are understood and met.

Communicate with contracted vendors, trial court personnel, justice partners, and management regarding deployment strategies, identified issues, risks and mitigation strategies and resolutions.

Engage in project management delivery tools and activities including but not limited to, leading meetings, creating meeting agendas, meeting minutes, project schedules, issues/risks lists, change management logs, release calendars, developing communications, and executive and summary reports for leadership.

Manage complex relationships, such as multiple internal partners, executive oversight, and distinct user groups.

Product Monthly Status Report of activities.

Required Skills:

Master's degree in computer science, engineering, Information Technology or related field.

Minimum of 8 years' experience as a product and/or project manager.

Minimum of 5 years' experience with the implementation of chatbot and voice to text applications.

Minimum of 8 years' experience in working in all phases of an IT project including, product research, planning, documenting requirements, functional analysis, designing, testing, deployment and support.

Experience in developing and maintaining project plans including schedules, timelines, roadmaps, dashboards, program approaches, monitoring performance and various resource and fiscal allocations.

Desired Skills:-

Ability to understand complex systems, integrations, and technical constraints.

Comfort working with architects, engineering, QA, and design teams.

Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, and ServiceNow for tracking

Excellent stakeholder management skills (executives, vendors, technical teams, and end users).

Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with a focus on decision making under pressure.

Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business terms.
