Production Technician - Biotechnology

We're seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Production Technician to join our biotechnology team. In this role, you'll be responsible for executing defined production procedures in a GMP-regulated environment, supporting manufacturing operations, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

Responsibilities:

Perform production tasks according to established schedules and procedures.

Ensure compliance with company policies and cGMP regulations.

Maintain a safe work environment and actively participate in site safety initiatives.

Execute lab start-up and shutdown procedures.

Keep work areas clean and well-stocked with necessary supplies.

Operate and monitor equipment including spectrophotometers, pH meters, and automated systems.

Perform routine tasks such as buffer preparation, pH testing, UV measurements, and fraction collection.

Support synthesis and purification processes, including equipment cleaning, solution prep, and column packing.

Qualifications:

Biotechnology certificate or college degree preferred.

2-5 years of experience in a GMP-regulated environment.

Hands-on experience with pH testing, aseptic technique, buffer preparation, and chromatography.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and safety protocols.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $31.25/hr.
