About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Associate 2nd Shift Forklift Operator to join our team in the Non-Durable Goods Manufacturing industry. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of forklifts and other warehouse equipment, as well as the accurate and timely movement of materials throughout the warehouse. You will work closely with other team members to maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, and ensure that all products are properly stored and accounted for.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Forklift Operator: stand-up reach (Crown)

At least 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with inventory management systems

Experience in the Non-Durable Goods Manufacturing industry

Ability to operate other warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks

Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner

Move materials throughout the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment

Ensure that all products are properly stored and accounted for

Collaborate with other team members to achieve warehouse goals

Skills:

As a Warehouse Associate Shift Forklift Operator, you will utilize your forklift operation skills and attention to detail to ensure the safe and efficient movement of materials throughout the warehouse. You will also use your organizational skills to maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. Additionally, you may use your experience with inventory management systems to ensure accurate tracking of products. Your ability to collaborate with other team members will be essential in achieving warehouse goals and maintaining a positive work environment.

California, Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Washington, and New York Residents Only: The hourly range for this role is $17.00 to $20.00 per hour. Pay is based upon several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. Rise Baking Company complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your hourly wages, Rise Baking Company offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, quarterly bonus eligibility, incentive and recognition programs and 401k contributions (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
