As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment for employees, visitors, and property. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the facility, remaining highly visible to help to deter potential security-related incidents, and responding to situations as needed. You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while assisting individuals on-site. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for any irregularities.
Monitor entry and exit points and/or restricted areas to help to deter unwanted access and report any suspicious activities.
Document observations and incidents as required by Allied Universal and client protocols.
Work collaboratively with client staff and other Allied Universal personnel to address security-related concerns and support the overall security program at the location.

Minimum Requirements:
Customer service experience is preferred.
A valid driver's license is required and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
