Major/Essential Functions:
Manage Student Benefits and Reconciliations: Oversee reconciliations for third-party contracts, exemptions, waivers, and benefits on a monthly, semesterly, and annual basis, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
Administer Benefit Programs and Monitor Compliance: Facilitate the application of exemptions and waivers. Ensure adherence to institutional, state, and third-party sponsorship requirements by monitoring detail codes, agreements, and financial processes.
Manage Daily Financial Operations: Perform departmental financial functions, including daily cash balancing, deposit preparation, payment reconciliation, and submission of related reports to Accounts Receivable. Process Journal Voucher (JVs) for Departmental Sponsor Agreements (IDCs) as needed.
Support Financial Reporting and Budgeting: Assist in preparing and monitoring yearly budgets, and provide monthly reports with variance and fluctuation analysis. Prepare ad-hoc financial reports as requested.
Maintain Departmental Records and Sponsor Agreements: Maintain comprehensive records of sponsored student agreements, transactions, and communications, while managing the review, update, and documentation of all third-party sponsor agreements to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper organization.
Contribute to Departmental Initiatives: Support special projects, process improvements, and other assigned duties that advance departmental goals.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a fast-paced, higher education environment, working with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and working in TTU specific systems (Banner, FiTS, TechBuy, Cognos, etc.). Experience delivering customer service both in person and via email/phone using excellent communication skills. Ability to listen, research, and come to conclusion based on results of research.
