Our client is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to leadership, ensure smooth operations, and help drive productivity for their team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment while managing priorities with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support: Provide direct administrative support to executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing meeting agendas and materials.

Communication Management: Handle correspondence, emails, and calls on behalf of leadership; act as a liaison between departments and external stakeholders.

Documentation: Create, edit, and process documents, reports, and presentations with exceptional attention to detail.

Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating internal and external events, such as conferences and team-building sessions.

Travel Arrangements: Organize travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for executives and team members.

Expense Reporting: Manage expense reports and budgets, and ensure timely submission of reimbursements.

Project Assistance: Support special projects, analyzing data and tracking progress to meet deadlines and achieve goals.

Process Improvement: Recommend improvements for administrative workflows and implement best practices as needed.

Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Requirements

Experience: 3-5 years of administrative or executive assistant experience; prior experience supporting leadership is a strong plus.

Education: High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and knowledge of project management or scheduling software (e.g., SAP, Trello, Asana).

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for drafting correspondence and interacting with stakeholders.

Organization: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Interpersonal Skills: Capable of building trust-based relationships with colleagues and senior leadership.

Problem-Solving: Strong critical-thinking skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

Professionalism: Positive attitude, adaptability, and ability to handle pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
