What You'll Do

?? Support the customer service team with essential administrative tasks

?? Manage emails and chats, helping reps stay focused on customer needs

??? Accurately input critical data-like dates and addresses-into our systems

?? Be the first point of contact, representing our brand with professionalism and warmth

What You Bring

? Sharp attention to detail and strong data entry skills

?? Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)

?? Previous experience in administrative or support roles

?? A positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to a collaborative team culture

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.63 - $21.63/hr.
