What You'll Do:

Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their lifestyle and financial goals.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up and personalized service.

Represent the dealership professionally in all interactions.

Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Opportunities Available:

?? Full-Time Commission Sales Consultant

Structured pay plan with bi-monthly draw.

Commission earnings paid above draw when applicable.

If commissions fall short, the difference is drawn against future earnings.

Ideal for motivated individuals seeking a performance-based career.

?? Part-Time Hourly Salesperson

Flexible schedule: 4--5 hours per day.

Focus on internet-based customer engagement and lead follow-up.

Monthly bonus for each vehicle delivered.

Great for someone with strong digital communication skills looking for reduced hours.

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic computer and internet proficiency (especially for part-time role).

Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required.
