Job Description
The Capgemini Financial Services FS DCX Marketing Agency is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic cross functional team
This role will primarily be responsible for designing developing and maintaining robust web applications APIs and databases in marketingspecific scenarios
The ideal candidate has deep experience with NET technologies frontend frameworks and SQL databases and thrives in a collaborative fastpaced environment
Experience with Python and AWS is a strong plus
The ideal candidate will have held a similar role in an agency or corporate marketing organization be a selfstarter able to work independently be comfortable with rapid change and manage their tasks to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Web Application Development Design develop test and deploy scalable NETbased web applications and websites
API Development Build and maintain RESTful APIs to support integration across systems and services
FrontEnd Implementation Collaborate with UIUX designers and frontend developers to implement responsive interfaces using HTML JavaScript jQuery and Angular
MiddleTier Logic Develop controllers and APIs to support business logic and data flow
Database Development Design and manage SQL Server databases including tables views and stored procedures
Code Quality Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices
Issue Resolution Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance issues in both production and development environments
Team Collaboration Work closely with crossfunctional teams including product managers designers and fellow developers to deliver highquality solutions
Required Qualifications
Strong handson experience in NET development C ASPNET NET Core
API Development Proven expertise in building and consuming RESTful APIs
FrontEnd Skills Proficiency in HTML CSS JavaScript jQuery and Angular
Database Knowledge Strong experience with SQL Server or other relational databases
Development Tools Proficient with Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code
Version Control Experience with Git or similar version control systems
Analytical Thinking Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative mindset
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AWS cloud platform utilizing AWS Elastic Container Service ECS Lambda function
Familiarity with Docker Desktop
Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks or libraries eg Angular React Vuejs
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CICD pipelines
Experience with testing frameworks like NUnit or xUnit
Desired Skills
Application of techniques to comply with WCAG 22 and ADA accessibility guidelines and SEO best practices to support visibility and pagespeed performance
Understanding what constitutes good customer experience to build features that align with user needs and behaviors
Help implement design consistency promote usability and reduce pain points in user journeys
Integration with the leading analytics and measurement tools used in implementing campaign tracking and AB or multivariate testing
Integrate with the leading enterprise martech tools like email marketing platforms management platforms CRM and CMS"

Salary Transparency:

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
