Description We are looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join our team in Danbury, Connecticut. In this contract role, you will serve as the welcoming face of the organization, ensuring smooth daily operations by managing inbound calls, assisting visitors, and performing key administrative tasks. This position is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to multitask in a focused and efficient environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and attentive manner.

Answer inbound calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate departments.

Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Handle inquiries from guests and staff with accuracy and confidentiality.

Coordinate and schedule meetings or appointments as needed.

Ensure timely distribution of mail and other correspondence.

Assist with basic data entry and record-keeping tasks.

Collaborate with team members to address office needs and resolve issues. Requirements - Prior experience in receptionist or administrative roles.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficiency in using phone systems and office equipment.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Customer service-oriented mindset with attention to detail.

Familiarity with basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.

Detail-oriented approach and ability to handle confidential information.
