Description We are looking for a meticulous Administrative Coordinator to join our team in New Brunswick, New Jersey. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a long-term contract position within the higher education industry. The coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring smooth administrative operations, supporting students and staff, and maintaining efficient communication across departments.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records.

Serve as the primary point of contact for answering inbound calls and addressing inquiries with professionalism.

Assist in student recruitment efforts by organizing outreach activities and maintaining enrollment data.

Help manage calendars and ensure timely scheduling of events and appointments.

Coordinate communications between departments to ensure seamless operations.

Support program completion by providing students with necessary documentation and assistance.

Track and analyze data related to enrollment and student retention to support departmental goals.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, staff, and external partners.

Ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures.

Stay updated on tools and systems to optimize administrative processes. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, education, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably within higher education.

Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft 365 and CRM systems like Salesforce.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism.

Customer service experience with a focus on problem-solving.

Familiarity with scheduling platforms and retention software is a plus. TalentMatch®
